Why Study Information Systems at Clarkson?

Clarkson University has been at the forefront of information systems education. We were among the first in the country to offer data analytics programs to undergraduates and have continuously updated our curriculum to keep pace with the industry. Our rigorous coursework, emphasis on entrepreneurship and hands-on experiences are some of the reasons we are considered one of the best business schools in the country by The Princeton Review and U.S. News & World Report.

Our approach to information systems focuses on real-world business, healthcare and science applications. We are not interested in data for data's sake but as a way to develop solutions to current challenges. By being in a technologically rich environment like ours, students can access the latest platforms and systems used by industry professionals. Our faculty are experts in their respective fields and encourage learning and career advancement through collaboration.

For undergraduate students, we offer two information systems-related majors and a minor.
